“Thick” is a beautiful young doe, who will be 2 years old in April. Thick 100% lives up to her name. She is thick everywhere: base width, that lovely wide space between her front legs, ribs that are the definition of "spring of rib", round all the way back through her abdomen, big roomey center body with more than ample heart girth, this gal was born looking capacious. At 3 days old she was just...thick on the ground. 

We love her topline, she is nearly a corrector for hip and has the easiest time having babies, she just spit her giant buck kid out like it was nothing, as a first timer. We like her length too - if I had to pick one trait we can't live without, its this type of length. These are meat animals, even the ones we show are meat animals - and this doe is what meat animals should look like: long loined, round, carrying weight without being fat, snug with muscle at the withers such that you can not easily even feel shoulder bones. Its a shame she's in an online auction, this is a doe you must feel  to fully appreciate.

 Thick has a pedigree to match the quality you see in front of you. And here it is again, I am about to drone on about the greats in her pedigree because she is another of these does whose pedigree will have kids walking off the farm before they are weaned. Her papers include I Can't Drive 55, Boii (she IS a direct Boii daughter), Unanimous Decision, Go Dog Go and Go Dog Go Lassie (what a powerful line!), she is another of these does we made with blue blood coursing her veins. 

We AI bred her as a first timer to MM7 Ventura and her son is so strong in type with such fabulous length and bone, it re-classed her as an anchor doe instead of just a show-quality breeding doe.
